Benefit Dinner for Yanok Family

and Winter Band Concert

There will be a Benefit Dinner for the Yanok family before the Winter Band Concert on January 16, 2013.
The dinner will be 5:30 - 6:15pm CST.  There will be a time of dessert after the concert as well.

Donation for the Dinner:

• Please bring a dish to share for the dinner and/or a dessert if you are able.
• Make a donation. If you are staying for dessert after the concert, you will receive a ticket voucher for the dessert time.
• Enjoy a meal with friends.

I have set up a file for people to sign up to help.  Please visit Yanok Benefit Signup Page to sign up.  You may also call or email me and I will fill in the information.

We will need a few people to help with set up and tear down and a couple of people to staff the ticket tables for the dinner and dessert sessions.  I am also looking for one more person to staff the ticket table for the concert.

Sad news... Sending Out Comfort and Support...

I have been given permission to share the news that one of the band students has suffered a loss in his family.  Brad Yanok, our Junior Drum Major, lost his father this past weekend.    Funeral arrangements have been made for Thursday at the Welsheimer Family Funeral Home.  The viewing will be from 4-7pm EST with services starting at 7:00pm EST.
